Spacious space.. Kitchen quite equipped.. Owner very helpful..

Kitchen floor not sweep properly, still can see dirt's at corners.. Toilet downstair, flush leaking.. No wardrobes/cabinets in bedrooms..

"clean and spacious...everyone can have their own room and not to mention there's 7-11 as well nearby"

near from Ayer Keroh exit

quite a fair distance..abt 6.5km to town, with Melaka traffic can take up to 20-25mins...
