Good service

Beach front property where our glass door and window looks out to the sea at ground level. When the wind is strong, we can hear the waves. Sunset is visible at this beach but it was rainy days when we were here. So didn’t get to see the glorious sunsets KK is famous for. They provide us with slippers to go to the beach which is thoughtful. There is also a common pantry and living area which can be used as an event space.

It is a little deep into a residential neighbourhood without eateries and shops. Need to Grab out if you are not driving and may not have that many Grab drivers in the area.

The property is beach front facing the South China Sea with sliding glass doors that allow me to look out into the sea. I wanted a sea facing accommodation and this location is perfect.

This property is deeply tucked away is a residential area. To get to food and shops, it is reachable by driving. So be prepared to grab out or grab delivery for meals.

Hosts are one of a kind. Made me feel like a guest not a customer. Location: sea a few meters away.

Outside seating could be a bit more comfortable. A hamac and long chairs would good add ons

Location was conveninet from airport and had nice views.

We stayed here last year and the room was just big enough. However this year we paid the same but ended up in a tiny room that did not have enough room for our luggage. So sadly this was not good value f9r money any more.

The view of sunset is awesome The staff is nice and friendly. Our dinner seafood restaurant was recommended by him. He even bring us for breakfast. The place is clean Definitely will come back again, nice service!

Cosy location on a beautiful beach. Comfortable if small room. Very attentive host. Lovely patio area next to a cool if small pool.

No dining facilities onsite or nearby - must order in food or drive/walk 2km to reach nearest shops. Our main disappointment related to a car hire. The host linked us with a local car hire firm, but they did not deliver the promised new vehicle (instead high mileage and several operational shortfalls) and then charged 20% above the previously quoted rate.
