Anyone not part of the reservation is not allowed. NO ALCOHOL, NO DRUNK in the house. Check in time between 3 pm to 9 pm, it's not possible to access after check-in times. Wash the dishes if you use them. No shoes in the house, take them out at the entrance. Close windows when you are not at home If the floor bathroom gets wet, please mop it. The laundry machine is exclusively for cleaning personnel. Guests cannot use the laundry area. Official Identification of all the guests will be required at anytime via booking chat. Official & physical identification of all the guests will be required at anytime. Valid Passport is the only official Identification accepted in case you are foreigner IDs & passports must show the same name as the one shown on the booking reservation details. Please leave the door key in the door ($250 replacement fee) On the door of your room is the key to your room WITH A CARD FOR ACCESS TO THE BUILDING. On the day you leave, please leave the key ALONG WITH THE CARD on the door of your room. If you do not leave the card, it will cost $1,200 Mexican pesos to replace it. (You must send a photo via WhatsApp or message proving that you left the key to each room attached to the door) The rooms with shared bathroom and private bathroom share the common areas of the apartment, such as the fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room with the other guests.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"En general, muy bien, pero el único detalle fue el guardia"

Es un buen lugar, buena ubicación y más porque cerca está una plaza y te facilita las cosas, muy bonito y cómodo

Por parte del anfitrión, excelente. Por parte del guardia, algo prepotente, grosero, arrogante y déspota.

Creo que su ubicación es bastante favorable.

el precio es bastante accesible, pero si cuidara más de sus instalaciones sería mejor. Me ofrecieron la habitación con baño propio, afortunadamente pude revisarla antes de aceptar, pues los ventiladores de la recámara son muy pequeños y hacían más ruido que ventilar. El lavabo del baño compartido se tapa fácilmente, detalles que no deberían pasar.

Muy buena ubicación y una zona segura.

Las instalaciones están aceptables pero muestran ya algo de deterioro. Sugiero mejorar el mantenimiento. El mini bar no estaba disponible y sucio.

Cómodo, limpio, cerca del WTC. Host atento y amable. Fuimos a un evento en el Pepsi Center y todo de lujo. Recuerden que es baño compartido. Recuerden revisar sus mensajes en esta aplicación.

el host no respondió al momento de llegar, me dejó esperando una hora afuera del establecimiento, yo estando completamente sola y en la lluvia, no fue para disculparse si quiera. Mandé mi Ine desde una semana antes y al momento de llegar resulta que ni eso habían mandado al guardia de la entrada. el lugar estaba bien pero se ve que no le tienen cuidado al detalle, el piso esta todo hinchado y feo, además que la cama super incómoda. Repito, el serivicio del HOST PESIMO definitivamente no volvería
