"Superb"

Very convenient for my elderly parents as it is a landed house, clean with fridge, washing machine & other utensils. As it is a gated area, easy instruction for check in & check out process. They even have a surau near the guard house.

At the porch, there is a neighbour's cat who has been there when we arrived to check in. Me & my sis we have very sensitivite nose & we can smell the cat especially near the entrance door to the house. Of course it is not there all the time, but every time I go out to my car, I can smell of the cat.
