Its spacious and clean. Quite near to shops and eateries. The beds are comfy and all rooms equipped with aircon..and all rooms has its own attached bathroom. Towels and bath shampoo are prepared. We hv fun at Tg balau beach, which is also just nearby. We arrived on thursday so there is not much crowd...of course we luv that. Desaru waterpark is not far too.

The lightings are so dimmed. I'm not a fan of yellow dull bulbs. There is no microwave. There is no clothes drying hanger but its not a big issue for us since we can hang them at the railings upstairs and balcony. Better change the wardrobe at the downstairs bedroom to a simpler one.

Only the aircond is very cold and smooth.

The space of the house.

The place is overall below living standards. It is dirty with pungent smell from the store area. Dead Crocs on the floor. Washer not working: inner tumble is spoilt, produced loud toggle scary noise, and water from washer flood the whole area. The kitchen is not good too. All cook wear is dirty, cutlery is messy, just throw all in one drawer. The hanger rack is rusty, you cannot hang your clothes. To be honest, we booked 2 nights but did not stay there. We booked another place to stay. Reported the washer issue to owner, just tell me it is unforeseen and she checked the place and washer. Apart from apologies and seek my understanding, no resolution to those I reported.

Wah I'm shocked with this barbecue grill net only provided As last time we took homestay at here as well .. The barbecue grill was big & provided well Staircase and entrance light can't switch on have already feedback immediately but till checkout no one have comes to repair it. Many more
