The fact that the location is very near to the KTM station. It's within a 10–15 minute walking distance. There is a covered walkway for pedestrians, and the road is not very busy.

Even though it's really close to the KTM station, it was hard to get a Grab or taxi — maybe because the distance was too short and they didn’t want to take the ride. So we ended up walking.
