We arrived late and left very early but the breakfast was packed :) Very nice place to stay for a night. And a very good price. There was coffee, water and well equipped kitchen.

Very nice and clean room, owners are very kind and nice.We got also fantastic local food breakfast and fresh coconut. In general, great ratio of price and service offer.Location is more far from city center,which is better in the case of Semporna,and ordering Grab to jetty for boat/diving trips for 6 MYR is very easy and quick solution.

Bathroom was older with little leaking basin,but sufficient and clean.
