Bed: queen bed , the another two are single sofa type bed. Each bed have two pillows. View: lakes and hills, nice building architecture Facilities: Swimming Pool, mini bar fridge and water filter , smooth internet , even with 3 devices streaming videos, have kettle to boil water, plates, bowls and cups. Didn't try the TV & Mi stick, so no comment. Have standfan at TV & sofa bed area, because there's only one air cond for the whole studio unit. Pasar Malam: a small one, mostly Malays stalls. On Saturday evening. Good to know: Shampoo and body wash (Aliv from Lotus's), Dish wash liquid, towels, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, hangers are provided. Bring your own toothpaste and toothbrush.

Air cond : Very dusty, thick dust on the filter. Lighting: too bright, white. Suggest to use warm or sun colour especially the sleeping area. Bathroom: drainage clogged , water pressure is low. Bedding: the blankets for the sofa beds are normal cotton ones , not comforter Chairs: not steady, feels like going to break when sit on. Insects: Charlie Ant / Roove Beetle were found wandering around. Alot of flies at Lobby. Dogs: Stray dogs around the compound, can hear them barking middle of night. Balcony: The balcony is used to put the air cond compressor, might be noisy for some and can't use the balcony to enjoy the scenery. When it's raining, wind sound is very loud and the water seeps in via the bottom rail of the sliding door. That's where the Charlie Ant/Roove Beetle also come in. The curtains can't fully close in the middle, even with the double sided tape. Suggest to use Velcro or peg to fasten it. Instructions: car park video, outdated and misleading. No instructions given on where is the letter box and which card to use , there were two cards. The letter box was found not lock when we get our key cards and key. Good to know: Earlier Check in need to pay RM 30, starting from 12am-3pm (I assume late check out also have charges). The fridge have to change the setting to cold , if not it's not cold.
