You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of MYR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Managed by a private host

This not the 1st time I've been here and always booked different homestay to try different environments. So this my dissatisfaction: 1. No information given 1 day before - compared to other homestay I've been to, all of them giving instructions early or at least 1 day b4 my stays. So I always have smooth check in. 2. In the booking mention ' someone will meet me at the location' - I already updated my check in time and even come 10 minutes early at the location but no one is there. I wait there for about 15 minutes but no one come. I don't think it's right to make customers waiting without any notice or at least give reason why you late. 3. Did not pick up calls / reply to messages - I call so many times byt no one pickup. I even try to called via WhatsApp apps but still no one calls. I know it's not time to pray yet for Muslim so it should be not a problem to pick up my calls. I even messaged the morning before my stays through booking.com but no reply at all. 4. Spend money to make new booking - I have to make a NEW booking to nearby hotels after that, I'm grateful to get cheap one since I got less money FYI to book another homestay. I'm not a rich person and I want my family to have comfortable stays there, now there is THAT issues. So it really give a bad stays / mood around. 5. Give reason (Handphone got No line) - The next morning, got reply saying got no line is not in my list. Not even make sense at all to me. As the one who provided homestays, would it be yours side to make sure the customers have smooth check in / stays there. To the homestay owner, please change your way of having customers, as I hope it will not happen to other people as well.
