"Sobha holiday home is exceptional and wonderful place to stay with families."

A/C, Free Wifi, Bottled water, TV, Hot water shower, Beautify arrangement with extra pillows for the reasonable price. I couldn't find any other place with these facilities for this price. It's impressive and I like this place much and I would recommend my friends to stay when they come to Anuradhapura.

No any negative feedback. However I would prefer if they can provide meals. But there are lot's of places to buy foods for me around the facility.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Sobha Holiday Home and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. Price is very reasonable and service is exceptional. It's very clean and rooms were very comfortable. They helped me to find Tuk tuck to visit all the places he also a nice person. They have a kitchen and I made breakfast myself.

It exceeded my expectations in every way. The location was perfect, situated right on residential area and less than 5 min drive to the main city. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the staff who were incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout my stay. Check-in was smooth, and they even provided me with some helpful recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. The room itself was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra touches like complimentary bottled water and toiletries in the bathroom. The combination of a stunning location, luxurious accommodations, excellent amenities, and friendly staff made for a truly memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Anuradhapura, Sri Lanka.

WiFi okay

No sheet or mosquito nets to cover yourself. Feral dogs barking and yelping till midnight. Second night sounded like people getting up and moving about, closing doors.

The owner is very hospitable and a great guy to chat to about Sri Lankan culture, the rooms were nice enough with a warm shower and airconditioning.

The location is a bit out of the way, about half an hour walk to the centre

Sobha, is a Nice three bedroom house, Located about 6 KM from the Ruwanweli Maha Seya. It is not difficult to find the place and has nice car park as well. There is a nice caretaker, who help and support every thing. We like to recommend the place, Specially for a family.

Nothing Bad.
