If you're looking for space for sleep with clean bedsheets and with bathroom, it can make you happy enough.

But if you're looking for something private as me, it's not. Once time I didn't search for enough information and didn't read all reviews because I know people can be mean or have problem with everything. But I was looking for some private place for the last one night of vacation to spend with my boyfriend. Of course you have private room but it's also still one flat with the owner and you have owner behind the wall. It's also a lot of noisy and hot place because we didn't find out how to use an air condition and also it's really near to trains, so all night you listen trains and also you have a lot of bites by mosquitoes cause of open window otherwise you can't breath. Maybe it's my bad that I didn't read well but really I didn't see it in casual information. My bad. Also it would be nice to have a mini fridge in private room because of hot weather. But the owner was really nice lady and that counts too.

Posizione eccellente, vicina alla stazione e a circa 10 minuti dal mare. Camera spaziosa e pulita.

È bene sapere che si tratta di una camera in un’abitazione privata, con la proprietaria presente. Il bagno, pur non essendo adiacente alla stanza, è a uso privato e non ha rappresentato un problema per noi. Per un soggiorno di una sola notte la soluzione può andar bene. La colazione comprende prodotti confezionati.

L' accoglienza e la disponibilità . La vicinanza al centro e alle strade principali.

Host cortese e ti accoglie di persona, camera pulita .e come da descrizione, buona posizione.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, 10 minut spacerem do plaży i promenady, przystanki autobusowe i market w okolicy. Do centrum pełnego restauracji spacer 5 minut.

Location was good for us and close to beach. Cafe's nearby were good. We only in Pescara for 1 night.

The simple hassle of finding which room was ours, but other guests helped us out.

Everyting is good

It would be very convenient if there was a mini fridge in the room to cool drinks on hot days or other personal items.
