The staff was extremely rude, barely answering at all, after writing several times. The room had one single window that you could open just a tiny bit, so not recommendable for hot days. Otherwise the room was fine, there's a fridge and a good double bed. The location is perfect for visiting the city and the theatre is an attraction in itself. If you can get over people being very rude, it's a good stay.
