W tej cenie , optymalny standard. Czystość bez zarzutów. Względnie spokojna okolica.

Nieco cienkie ściany, na szczęście sąsiedzi byli spokojni. W socjalnej lodówce trafił nam się spożywczy złodziej, ale na takich delikwentów nie ma z reguły wpływu gospodarz.
