Modern clean room. Room wel above average..Handy to mall and town.

We did not realize it was an 'Air B&B. Probably ideal for locals but quite restrictive for traveller's coming and going at odd times to fit in with ferries and flights. They took 1000php cash as a bond and would only give it back after a room inspection.. Only being open 8am to 7pm makes it very restrictive. It got noisy at times.

I've stayed at Amazi on at least 6 occasions, great value for money and the staff are always pleasant, rooms are spotlessly clean, and when I go to Dumaguete mostly every month it's the first place I check for vacancies
