Decent rooms in that simple hotel. Big enough and comfortable for a stay on business travel. Breakfast available, and decent value for money.

Very limited soundproofing so you both enjoy noise from your rooms neighbours as well as rooster singing all night. The property didn't provide OR, so if you travel for business and need OR, don't stay here.

The location was great, pretty much near everything. Staff was lovely and accommodating Facilities were as mentioned

The breakfast portion was small so was their coffee cup. More towels and tissue rolls would have been nice but not a big issue

Location

The staff were helpful, accommodating, and easy to converse with. Breakfast was nice and they could serve it directly to your room with some verbal arrangement. The room is clean and decent sized with a desk and 2 chairs, and comes with a TV box for entertainment should you choose to stay in. A small fridge is present too. Getting to and around is relatively easy, as a short walk downhill brings you to a busy road where you'll be able to get a tricycle. Close by several nice eateries and SM Lipa. The surroundings are quiet (with some exceptions, see below) and the common areas are well-maintained. There's a fridge where you can purchase chilled beers and drinks easily in the dining area. Recommended stay if you're looking to take in the local culture compared to staying at a hotel.

Quite unfortunate that my room 206 faces (or close to) a small compound where chickens were raised, and so every day I get woken up in the early hours and there's no way to stop them. If you need to sleep in this may be a challenge. On the same note, be aware that sound dampening (due to lack of curtains and carpet) is minimal so you can easily hear what goes on outside your room. Separately, the toilets and shower are rather small and quite close to the bed without sufficient ventilation, meaning the smells could stay for longer than you'd like.

Very comfortable for me and for my husband. Staffs were very accommodating.

The cup for the coffee was too small.
