The scissor inside the drawer was oily, shower head come off. Order Grab food don't know go where to receive it, thought of need to walk to lobby A from outside at night. Later only know the rider will deliver to the lobby C, which can go by lift to Ground floor. The property looked old inside, and the wallpaper in the bedroom was torn out. Sofa leather peeling badly.

Property felt like it had been left for a long time, with cockroaches and dust flying around the house. Sheets looks yellowish with spots seen. Our parking was taken by somebody else, however it took the service crew quite awhile to reply my messages. Nothing like what it was shown on the picture.

The ambience was nice but unable to turn on tv, the sofa quite old and they should change the iron board to new one... overall satisfied

The house is nice.

The customer service is very bad. No balcony for 1bedroom as shown in booking. Its a secure door with password. The door was locked and there is no response at all. Aft midnight there is no Customer service and no response from the person i dealt. Came one good samaritan "Ann" who helped to get the new paswrd to go in the house. Very bad experience. Improve on your customer service. After booking and paid the full amount i did ask if got balcony. No response on that too.. make sure to have picture shown in booking and the house is same.

I want to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at this property. The room was nothing like the pictures shown online. It felt old, poorly maintained, and neglected. • Cleanliness Issues: The bed appeared unclean, as if it hadn’t been changed after the previous guest. There were dirty blankets and pillows left in the room, which no one bothered to clear. • Broken Furniture: The sofa in the room was broken and looked extremely worn out. • Amenities Missing: There were no shower gels or lotions provided, which is a basic expectation. • Location Mismatch: The actual location was not as described on Booking.com, making it very inconvenient. Overall, the experience was frustrating and disappointing. I strongly recommend others avoid booking this property, as it fails to meet even the most basic standards.
