Brak talerzyka w pokoju,

Bardzo miły i klimatyczny pałacyk. Cisza, spokój, wygoda. Całkiem niedaleko do centrum miasta i przystanków komunikacji autobusowej. Bardzo miła obsługa.

W pokojach brakowało mi tylko małej lodówki i czajnika.

Lage ist super und das Hotel sieht von Aussen sehr schön aus. Der Garten ist schön gepflegt. Man ist in wenigen Schritten auf dem Rynek (Marktplatz). Das Personal war immer freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Frühstück war nur am Wochenende gut bestückt, aber alles OK soweit. Man hat immer was kleines zum essen gefunden.

1. The garden and grounds are beyond beautiful. 2. Easy walking distance to town square.

1. Only one member of staff speaks English. Everyone else has absolutely no English capability. 2. All but one staff member is rather old and seem to not have an appreciation for professional hospitality and care for their guest. 3. Atmosphere is very Soviet-oriented, stiff, and very somber. This hotel would be a perfect setting for a 1970s USSR movie. 4. Shower drain was totally clogged and I had to un-clog it with lots of boiling water from the electric tea kettle. 5. Rooms have no AC. In summer I strongly recommend asking for a basement room as they are a lot cooler. 6. Any interaction with the staff was always a major task. Very stiff and inflexible service.
