My personal opinion it was dirty & dusty & unhygienic. Do not stay here you will regret it. I informed them in advance re early checkin. It was awful. I thought the bedding smelt & they changed bedding. I contacted Booking.com & told them how bad it was. For £14 it is way overpriced, you can find much better. Breakfast was a pancake with spread & coffee. After a very stressful & upsetting conversation with owner I left the next day. I got refund for remaining 2 days.

I stayed only one night at Tetouan House and enjoyed it. The guest family is very hospitable and kind - they shared food with me /as it was impossible to eat out when I was in Tetouan/, we've had a nice conversation which was a good way to find out more about Morocco as well as to practice my French. The flat is located in the heart of the city, close do CTM station and various attractions.

The area outside the room can be quite noisy even at night, so make sure you bring your earplugs.

This stay was in the same house I stayed in on arrival to Morocco. It was again very comfortable in a great location, Again, Mood and his family were perfect hosts.

I would definitely recommend Tétouan house when you visit Tetouan.The owners are an old couple who are super friendly .They give me a feeling as if I were living at home.They offered me biscuits and tea in the evening and breakfast for free which is out of my expectations.And you won't find better rooms at this price in Morocco.A single room not a single bed.Actually I chose to change my plan to stayed in their house for one more night to play with them and their cat.BTW cats are shy and cute. I think I would come again when vacation in the future ❤️

Perfect service

Exceptionally warm hosts that went above and beyond for me as a guest. I was sick for my first few days and despite not choosing the option where breakfast was included, my host mom served me breakfast in bed and provided medicinal tea that kicked my colds butt! I enjoyed spending the evenings chatting with everyone and hanging out with Yassine to feed the neighborhood kittens.

I have no complaints about the property whatsoever, however, I will say in general that in Morocco most buildings and streets are not accessible for those with disabilities. To reiterate, I loved my host family and the facilities, but keep in mind that you are walking up three flights of stairs. There is no elevator. I will say that my stamina improved with the daily ascension and I am proud of that.
