*lokalizacja - spokojna dzielnica; *parking - aczkolwiek trzeba było polować na miejsce; *bilard; *ping pong; *boisko do siatkówki;

*brudne garnki w kuchni powkładane do szafek; *w ciągu dnia niejednokrotnie nie było bieżącej, ciepłej wody żeby się umyć (była rano i wieczorem); *brak śniadań (wyżywienia), mimo, że w ofercie była taka opcja; *niemożność korzystania z jadalni;
