The room was clean and comfortable with a nice closet, big bed, mini fridge, sofa bed. Staff was very nice and welcoming. Easy to find with a big free parking lot behind the building. It was on the main road but I did not find it noisy. The bathroom was private but across the hall which was not a problem for me. Great price.

Certainly not the host’s fault but I didn’t find any restaurants near by although it is right next to a bar/caffe which was nice for the morning coffee.

The host was very kind and helpful and he gave us free snack and drinks. The room had a little refrigerator and a microwave so we could heat something to eat. There is a bar right next door, so we could had our breakfast there. The room was small but nice and clean, as so was the bathroom.

There was no air conditioning, just a ventilator, but it wasn't enough due to high temperatures of those days. So we didn't sleep that well, but of course climate is not under the host control.

The owner had left everything for a breakfast which was great. The bathroom was adjacent to my room everything was spotlessly clean, a 3 minute walk to the bus stop and a cafe/bar immediately next door.

Some road noise but with the location was to be expected.

Our host was extremely helpful and sweet. He is literally a text away. He made us feel like family, as soon as we checked in he gave us the run down on the room, had a few snacks and chocolates for us. He gave us a few suggestions of things to do and told us he could call us a cab for any destination we chose.

It is slightly far from the town and if you're planning to go to Florence for the day you have to make sure you make it before the last bus passes by because it will be a little difficult to grab a taxi without an Italian phone number.
