"Vraie homestay accueillante et très propre"

Une vraie homestay, la famille habitant dans la maison. Accueil charmant et bienveillant, dans cette maison à quelques centaines de mètres de la plage. Une maison peinte en bleu, sur la gauche presque au bout de l'impasse. Propre, bonne literie, climatisation, eau disponible... on voit la mer depuis la terrasse...

Activités limitées à san juan... à part la plage... mais ce n'est pas la faute de nos hôtes... charmants

Nice place, but a little away from the tourist part of San Juan. Hosts are nice and room is clean and comfortable.

Place is a bit hard to find.

Quiet place, staff is nice. Restroom is complete with soap and shampoo. Has instant coffee

I contacted the number registered here on the app prior to our check-in but no one answered. The building had no sign whatsoever, so we had a difficult time locating it. Walls were not sound-proof, you can literally hear low volume outside the door. No free drinking water, no trash can inside the room and CR, no tissue paper.

"ITS SCAM NOT BEACHFRONT AS WHAT STATED ON SITE."

Just the bed….

VERY FAR FROM THE CLUBS AND RESTAURANT or hang out places. It’s not true its BEACHFRONT but in reality very far beach. ITS BIG SCAM about beach front. it’s almost to get over price and I don’t like the way caretaker reply messages not professional. I asked to get extra bed but he didn’t give us. I CANT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Be careful to all because this place is far fromBEACH not BEACHFRONT. very badly in water .. water for shower seems my piss more fast than shower. On site it says price for bed extra is 600 but after I booked days after I ask extra bed and he said its 650 instead on site it’s only 600 and it’s their fault not to change. BIG SCAM this place !!!!
