Accessible walking distance to burnham, SM and many more... the room is cozy, very clean linen and the aircon is super cold, safe and just in the second floor, with water heater, ref, kettle utensils rice cooker micro wave. anyways we dont cook there as we are planned to just relax and visit places no worrys about food to eat bcoz many restuarants, bakeries nearby infact inside the hotel they have a mall and diners too. so everything is PERFECT!!!

theres NOTHING NOT TO LIKE...by the way just a suggestion i think the owner must change a new kitchen utensils as if the spoon and fork are no longer usefull at all as its handle separate easily on spoon n fork, but we dont mind it much kasi nga we eat out most of the time.

- Old furniture and the equipment - The room smelled bit stale - There was a constant buzzing sound the source of I’m unsure but kinda annoying as it made it really hard to fall asleep
