理想方向

The room was super spacious, everything is new and clean, the bed is comfy, bathroom is great, internet is fast. There is a fully equipped kitchen with free coffee and tea. My room had access for a huge terrace with outdoor furniture and plenty of sunshine, however it's facing the motorway so it's pretty noisy. The host lady was super nice, I'm a digital nomad and had an urgent work to finish that morning when I had to check out, and she let me to stay longer in the lobby/living room and keep using all the communal facilities and do my work in peace.

The location is out of central Belem, you have to walk quite a bit to reach shops and cafes, but not too bad. The tram goes all the way there. The biggest negativity is the closeness to the motorway and the trains. It's pretty noisy during the day. Luckily it gets much better during the night and from about midnight it's almost nothing, thanks to the new windows and blinders as well. I had a good sleep. However from early morning the traffic starts again. If you want to sleep a lot or stay in during the day, it's not the best pace, but if you are out mostly, it's totally fine. The communication was a bit slow sometimes, the host doesn't speak in English.

It was close to what we wanted to see in Belem. We had comfortable beds and it was clean.

We had a very hard time opening the door to the apartment, I would recommend that the person let people try it out. It’s close to highway and train tracks a bit noisy. Communication was a bit difficult even with translate.

Excellent location and clean flat. Felt safe as the downstairs door were locked at all times.
