Jedzenie bardzo dobre. Śniadanko smaczne. Wyśmienita kawa. Herbaty Dilmach nie żadne liptono-wióry czy minutki. Wędliny smaczne (nie taniocha). Sery również. Jajacznica/parówki nie z grzanej płyty tylko robiona na bieżąco! Bardzo smaczna. Obiekt cichy. Fajny ogródek na tyłach.

Materaca piankowe na łóżkach są stanowczo za miękkie. Dramatycznie się na tym śpi. W pokojach i łazienkach czysto. Pewne elementy, jak stolarka wymagałyby pomału renowacji ale generalnie za te pieniądze i patrząc co oferuje się w Warszawie i za jakie ceny obiekt ten jest bardzo OK.
