Lokalizacja obiektu jest rewelacyjna. Widok plaży i morza z okna pokoju fenomenalne. Pokój malutki jednakże spełniający wszelkie wymagania dwojga dorosłych osób. Łazienka dość duża, przestronna kabina prysznicowa co przy pewnych ograniczeniach ruchowych jest na plus.
