Lokalizacja, wygodne łóżka i czysta pościel. Dobrze wyposażona i nowoczesna kuchnia.

Drzwi, przez które wszystko słychać. Skrzypiące drzwi do łazienki. Okna porządne, drewniane ale nie regulowane od lat i uszczelki do wymiany, wieje z pod okien i słychać mocno odgłosy ulicy. Woda pod prysznicem raz zimna raz wrzątek, ciężko wyregulować a wystarczy bateria z termostatem. Sporo drobnych niedociągnięć, na których tracą właściciele a dla mnie były do zaakceptowania ze względu na korzystną cenę. Czasem dziwią mnie takie zaniedbania bo są tanie do usunięcia, wystarcza chęci.

Świetnie lokalizacja, dostepny parking, w pokoju czajnik I lodowka, na naszym (najwyzszym pietrze) kuchnia

Pokoj byl zimny - w polowie pazdziernika w gorach dobrze byloby gdyby kaloryfery byly odkrecone I przygotowane na przyjazd gości. Po samodzielnym odkręceniu (zapowietrzonego) kaloryfera pierwsza noc spędzona dodatkowo pod kocem przywiezionym ze soba. Dopiero trzeciej nocy pokój sie zagrzał
