Jedynym plusem lokalu jest jego lokalizacja - dosłownie 2 minuty piechotą od starego miasta.

Zdjęcia absolutnie nie oddają rzeczywistości - przydzielony nam pokój był w opłakanym stanie, podłoga była brudna, ściany i drzwi obdrapane, prześcieradło podarte, rolety urwane. Poza pokojem nie dzialało ogrzewanie, było bardzo zimno, co przeszkadzało zwłaszcza podczas korzystania z prysznica, który znajdował się w piwnicy. Mimo teoretycznego zakazu palenia, korytarze nieznośnie śmierdziały tytoniem. W prysznicu znalazłem zdechłe muchy, dywaniki były sztywne, a do tego cała łazienka jest niesprzątana - jednego dnia zrzuciłem ze stołka obrzydliwy dywanik, który następnego dnia czekał na mnie w dokładnie tym samym miejscu.
