This review is for potential guests to warn them again that they may be left without the keys to the booked apartment and without being able to contact the host. We would never come back to this hotelier based on our previous experience when we were left in a cheap dirty motel instead of a booked family room at Gospodarstwo Rospuda, but the fact is that both of our bookings were charged before our holiday even started. We tried for two weeks to get in touch with the host both directly and through Booking.com to cancel the second reservation without penalty, but the host never answered us or Booking.com. As a result upon arrival in the city late in the evening we had no information on where to get the keys to the room. We asked Booking.com to contact the owner. Finally he replied late in the evening to Booking, that there is no room for us (despite I informed him on the same day, that we are coming), but he offered "an alternative" again in the form of another cheap motel 40 minutes from his house. Of course, we refused such a "tempting" offer and found another hotel ourselves. In response to my last quite emotional text message, the owner finally responded with laughing emoticons, confirming that he simply enjoys deceiving his guests and Booking.com. It is extremely strange that cooperation with this house has not yet been terminated by such a respected portal as Booking.com
