Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna. Nie słuchać było ,,gwaru dochodzącego" z ulicy a jednocześnie wszędzie było bardzo blisko. Właściciele bardzo życzliwi i uprzejmi.

Spokojna okolica to duży plus obiektu , spory teren na parking oraz miejsca na odpoczynek na posesji , pokój czysty i gustownie urządzony i wyposażony w lodówkę i czajnik oraz podstawowe akcesoria do spożycia posiłku , łóżko i materac wygodne , właścicielka bardzo sympatyczna

trochę słabe wyciszenie pokoju , po prostu za bardzo słychać co się dzieje na korytarzu i w pokojach obok też
