Obiekt położony w samym centrum Brennej, co gwarantuje bliskość wszystkich potrzebnych punktów na mapie miejscowości. Dla gości jest dostępny duży parking. Restauracja na parterze jest również dużym udogodnieniem.

Czystość oceniłabym na 4/5 - pokój czysty, ale w łazience było sporo kurzu. Łóżko duże, ale strasznie hałaśliwe, skrzypiało i przesuwało się przy położeniu czy zmianie boczku.
