Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich willkommen und gut aufgehoben. Man kann sehr gut direkt vor dem Haus parken, es liegt in einer kleinen Sackgasse. Man kann sich in der voll ausgestatteten Küche Tee und Kaffee kochen. Die Wohnung ist ca 600 m vom Flughafen entfernt, die man auch mit viel Gepäck gut bewälrigen kann.
