Hacia mucho frio porque la calefacción no estaba puesta antes y al principio pasamos frio

Location was decent - on the Camino de Santiago Portugal Costal route.

The room and bathroom were not clean - there was a musty old smell ruminating from everything (bed, bathroom, general room, etc.). Upon arrival, was notified that the hot water was not working. The ETA for repair kept getting amended multiple times - which was devastating for someone who specifically sought out a private room + bathroom while doing the Camino de Santiago. Ultimately was notified that the hot water would not work until the following day. Total waste of money to stay here. I requested a refund but the owner went radio silent. There were also some safety concerns as well - in the middle of the night some stranger was banging and yelling at the main door. Communication with the owner was not reliable, he requested that I leave a euro for my stay but didn't respond back to give me change when all I had were two euros. Big rip off to stay here.
