good value for money. quite far away from the attractions in the town, but close to the sea. anyway, the distance is walkable nice that they provide all the small things you may need, like small kettle, tea cups, tea/coffee/sugar, cutlery, nightlight, minifridge, etc.

not very soundproof, you hear nearly everything what happens in the building
