Late check in (even after midnight)

I like we could check-in late in the evening but unfortunately nothing else.

The lady at check-in tried to be kind but she just stressed us with some additional municipality fees which have to be paid in local currency and cannot be paid with credit card. We usually do not bring local currency, but we proposed to go to ATM to get some to pay the fees. She didn't like it (it was late in the night - 21pm) and mentioned several time 'this is problem'. We wanted to give her EURos (much more than she asked in PLN) but she didn't accepted. At the end (after 10 minutes of 'this is problem'), she said that we can pay with card (???). This was what we proposed at the very beginning. We understood she is charged when using the terminal to pay with credit card. Very bad first impression. Room was very small, just for 3 beds and the one which was described as supper wide was just covered with 2 matrasses and it was hard to sleep on it. The small fridge was really noisy during the night (mainly for the person who got the bed just next to it) and in general you can hear all noise from outside and from other rooms as well. I will not book it again.

There's a parking space on the side of the street for the residence in the area. If you are lucky so you can park their too. The wifi is ok.

Of course I am aware that I am not staying in a 5 star hotel but still, I paid a decent rate for an overnight stay with my family. At least we expect a proper bed to sleep on. Thus we were provided with sofa beds that is hard, squeaky and when we move, the wires are poking and anytime the bed can break. My daughter is light but still she can not lie down properly because she would roll in the middle, on the hard part of the sofa bed. We paid for 3 people but we were given 2 towels only. When we asked for another towel, the woman was upset. We were not able to sleep properly.

Very helpful service even in the late night

NIce location for couples, around 2km to sea, nearbay train station for trips to Sopot, Gdynia itd. and tram station thanks to which you can get to Gdansk
