Great beds! Good parking. Very good location by the sea.

In case you look for place without hotel services, you accept partly redusing a privacy, due sharing the house with owner family, this is your place.

I traveled for business. In the end I asked for bill or invoice, simply tax document. All was promised by the owner, but not done. Later, after phone reminder, no more replay/contact from him. Therefore I gave low ratening. Take care...

A great place for cyclists. Room OK, parking space for bikes, fast internet, close to shop. Hassle-free communication with the owner is a very big plus!

We wanted a place outside of the town, with parking possibility and outside sitting possibility, private bathroom/room and this we found It was really calm as long as the family wasn‘t home

It‘s not a private area but mixed with the tenants (it’s like when I was au pair/nanny 😂) The family goes to your entrance area (not through the door ;)) to wash and dry laundry (you could wash too for a 10eur fee) - 🪟the room windows goes to the path where the family enters/leaves the house - you see and hear them loud and clear - the sitting area is facing the living room/kitchen area (?) of the family (but also providing the view you see on pics) - you may meet family members when going to the toilet from your room - it does not meet my expectation of „privacy“ but technically matches to the description, again ok as long as the family wasn‘t home, then we started to feel inconfortable trying to make the best of our holiday but leaving 1 night early - when the family arrives the washer /dryer worked until late and the family did not clean the entrance afterwards (but upon request) inviting us to turn of the machines when the noice disturbs at night what we did the 2nd night 21h15🤔 or the connection door let open by the family - the bed ok for me, very uncomfortable to my childhood friend I traveled with - the place and it’s interior is old (not a question of sustanibility but obsolence to me) and smelled odd when we arrived. Like wet/humidity. The towels too. The water is difficult to turn off (was also dripping when we arrived) being afraid to break sth when forcing. We let some air in but also a few spiders at that occasion (fine with us but good to know if you‘re phobic). - cleaning products standing around everywhere - I tried to use the money exchange service but the rate was 4% higher than internet rates and asking for an explanation I was sent off (politely but so cannot rate that service proposed by the tenants) - No flyscreens (or better spider screens ;)) in the windows - being 2 people its very unconfortable to see the tv screen - 1 plate, 2 bowls, a few cups and cuttlery & old coffee and 2 teabags

The location is just exceptional. Someone who loves nature and running I recommend this place! It was sooo relaxing. Everything worked well, I had a nice and realxing time at Peter's place.

Amazing view and sunset! Briefly met Peter in the morning, what a wonderfull guy!

We had a very comfortable room, nicely decorated in a little house by the shore. The house is very quite and we slept very well. The bathroom is big and well equipped.
