Beautiful location Copenhagen/Malmö

very scenic location with a view on the bridge. quite place, yet very close to Malmö. Peter is a very kind and helpful person!

The landlord, Peter, welcomed me warm heartedly. He showed me to my room and then I started telling him about my medical condition. That's when things started going wrong. To be continued at the "disliked" section...

I wrote this to booking.com a few days ago. They have not answered me. Hello.  Thank you for reaching out to me. There was a rather interesting and extremely unpleasant problem when I arrived at the hotel. The hotel owner literally kicked me out in the middle of the night. His reason was that I am too ill to stay at his accommodation. Now, yes, I am ill. I have a difficult Tourette’s syndrome and a severe spinal injury bringing my mobility almost down to zero. I took a taxi to his place. I was exhausted. Just wanted to get some sleep. I explained my condition so he would be aware of it. Then he panicked. And told me to leave. Soon he was threatening me. I had absolutely nowhere to go that night. It was very painful and disturbing and finally the police arrived and helped me to the city. After that, I spent the night on the streets of Malmo and Copenhagen. I never experienced anything like this. I couldn’t get another room. The way he treated me was scary but the police said it’s his right to throw me out and cancel the booking. This is what he did to a disabled person. I got robbed and mugged two weeks prior to this in Copenhagen and was expecting something similar to happen that night. Luckily it didn’t. But I ended up in the hospital around 7 am.  If you wish to call me for additional information, please do so. My number is: xxxxx. I’m not sure how much I’ll be able to talk about this but I would like to file a complaint. Also expecting my money back, both for the night and for the deposit. This was promised to me by the owner.  PS. I’m now staying at Hotel Good Morning+. Much, much better here.  Thanks.  Mikko Huttunen It has now been over a week and no refund have arrived on my account. Booking.com will not answer me. I will next talk to the police. In case you suffer of any disability or have a similar problem I recommend strongly to avoid this place.

Very modest equipment of the apartment, no investment for years, some of the equipment is outdated and damaged, cobwebs and dust, dirty bedding, although additionally payable. The bathroom is far from standard, not renovated, cool and old fittings and damaged lighting. I do not recommend because the corridor is passable for household members, it was loud at the owner until late evening. We are very dissatisfied with this stay.
