Sonia was amazing, she let me check-in early and was making sure my stay is comfortable. The home was very spacious and clean. Location is very good, close to everything. There are nicer parts of the island but staying in Ponta Delgada was very very convenient

The landlord was very helpful and reactive, the parking is close to the apartment which is close to the center

The kitchen is very small and very hard to use. It is placed below the stairs and the pots are very ruined. The place to eat is very small (hard to eat with 2 adults and a child) and there is no option to eat outside. Especially during the morning there was water with bad smell coming out from the wc. It was not possible to open doors after 5pm because of termites and sometimes the apartment was very hot.

We were able to find everything we needed inside the apartment. We had the family room which was very spacious. Check in and out and communication with owner was super easy. And we loved the location - everything reachable by foot and a farmers market right around the corner!

Place was quiet, convenient , comfortable and host was wonderful. I would stay here again.

Perfect Accomodation. The owner is very welcoming and great at communicating. The location is right in the city center, litterally next to the market. The room is clean and the kitchen is well equiped.

Very friendly welcome, big sleepingroom (we had the family room), clean and modern looking. We enjoyed having a small kitchen that was fully equipped. Nice bathroom. The center is walking distance. Good communication!

Beautiful location. Sonia let Me gratefully check in early. Loved that it has Kitchen, Bathroom with Tub, Living Room and two patios. The stovetop although only one cooks so well that you can make a proper meal with no problem :)
