A localização é excelente, a tranquilidade do hotel é maravilhosa.

A limpeza deixou a desejar, tinha percevejos que me picou e eu fiquei com alergia, tive que lavar os lençóis que pareciam que não tavam limpos, tinha poeira nos móveis, nem papel higiênico no banheiro

When I left the keys on the table thinking that nightmare was ending, and left those horrible two night behind, but with plenty of bed-bug bites

The first thing you see when you enter is a kitchen full of flies humming mid-air, a chair with carton socks in each leg (sound-mitigating system?), and a serie of appliances plugged to a super dangerous wiring (damaged in parts and with extensions to "solve" the number of issues), no meal there...or water. Next, bathroom #1, the one with the actual bath (not only old with easy to see material issues but dirty), looked up and the black mold covering almost all the roof, in parts with chunks of paint/material hanging, of course no paper toilet. Toilet #2, the sink holding on to the wall in a miraculous way, while some water was always running, all the signs of poor maintenance, hair in different lengths and coulours in corners, on the sink, on the toilet, dirt everywhere (I wanted to put the toilet paper on the towel rail, but first checked with a piece of paper, the amount of black sooth I picked-up...I held my things the whole time). Bedroom, nightmare material, black mold on the walls, on the roof, wiring and sockets all damaged (only a extension for the tv "solving" all the electrical issues), the linen of the bed was old, damaged, and after a night, I discovered with bed-bugs (even after sleeping in out sleeping bags and I didn't dare to unmake the bed). There were plenty of issues, but the smell, the stench to bleach with a perfume (of course to be polite with us), we opened the window the whole two days, slept with face masks, and we were the whole time outside. The balcony saved us the few minutes we were inside without masks. The last day we had a glimpse of another bedroom to confirme that it was as ours. When I booked the bedroom I asked them about the issues I read on the commentary section, to be prepared or to be able to change my booking (I didn't mind to lose the money if our well-being was compromised), they never answer to my questions, and they asked to pay fo the city tourist tax, after I have already paid it here.

Tudo muito sujo , lençóis sujos , cobertores e traseiros sujos e velhos , e a comunicação zero , tive muitas dificuldades no check in ,pois o interfone não funcionava e muitas escadas sem elevador . Prédio muito antigo .

O local eta muito sujo. Quando liguei para o proprietario estava com o telemóvel desligado. Nao ha srguranca nenhuma. No fundo é muito ruim.
