Alex Point - Guest House

26 September 2025 Do not book this accommodation!!! I booked the room today via booking.com. It was recommended to me on my Camino Ninja app. Alex responded to my message very quickly and I was able to check in early. First, an employee led me to the kitchen and I had to pay €58! Only afterwards was I shown the tiny bathroom and the simple room. I received the keys and the employee left the flat immediately! I have to be honest, I've never had such a bad deal for €58. The bathroom was very basic. But the worst thing for me was the bed. The mattress was terrible! It was like a bathtub and impossible to sleep in! The bed next to it had a dirty sheet. I sent Alex a message via Booking and WhatsApp, asking if I could change rooms or get my money back. He didn't respond! I left the house and wasted the €58!!!

Alex hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und für unser Wohl gesorgt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Leider hat die ganze Unterkunft nur ein Badezimmer, daher kommt es Morgens und Abends zu Wartenzeiten.

Alex ist ein absoluter Menschenfreund. Mein Bein machte Probleme, ich war völlig fertig, er hat mir eine Kompresse, Tee und Essen gegeben. DANKE.

Alex Point Guest House is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making for a relaxing visit. Alex, the host, was the best part of the stay—friendly, attentive, and always going out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. The location is convenient, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the area. A cozy and reliable guest house that feels like a home away from home.

The guest house has shared bathrooms, but this wasn’t a problem for me at all.

Alex and Vanessa are so friendly and helpful hosts! Felt like home there! Room and bathroom simple but clean and nice!

Breakfast was super super simple, coffee, toast with cheese, natural yogurt and fruit.
