Simple but very clean apartment with patio+sun terrace. It had everything you'd need. Tea/Coffee making+a fridge.

All was good.

Great location. Near the town & beach. Quiet. Balcony with views across the town & to the sea.

No real room windows which was a surprise. No natural light into room. Room didn't face south, so very cold in winter night. Small room. Aircon acts as a heater but is tricky to regulate & noisy.

The location was good. The views were lovely and the town and beach were nearby. Owners showed us in and were very friendly the one time we saw them. A washing machine was provided which is always a welcome sight - although no detergent was provided The price was excellent - reflecting the property

Don't be fooled by the photo of the property, the rooms are at the back up two flights of stairs. This is not a massive issue but obviously, we were expecting to stay in the place advertised. The room was adequate and the shower very good (I always judge the shower!!) but we were disappointed by the 'mini fridge', two small cups and saucers, and two tiny spoons being our only items of crockery and cutlery. There was a large notice saying 'DO NOT EAT IN THE ROOM' which made it slightly difficult as we did, on occasion have rolls or crisps for example. There is so much more that can be done to make this studio better. The space where the mini fridge was could be re arranged for a microwave for example. We didn't see the owners at all after they showed us in, so couldn't ask for more cutlery etc. We actually ended up buying a mug and glass from the town! The terrace is lovey, but shared with the other room, luckily, we got on well with our German neighbours! I hate to write a slightly negative review, but there are things that would make this much better!

Very clean studio. Friendly and accomodating owners who were flexible with check in and check out times. Great views from terrace. Very well located in lovely Fuzeta.

Simply and nice place to stay with kind hosts, restaurants in the area, a small supermarket just around the corner. Good mattresses and pillows! Great value for money. Highly recommended! Please notice: the church is also just around the corner, so depending on the wind, the bells are quite loud.
