the location of this hotel is good, nearby family mart and 7-11 and just a few minutes walk to the other direction may lead you to Jungceylon Shopping Mall and Bangla Road.

cleanliness could be better, especially the swimming pool. water was murky and dirty looking

I would have preferred to have a quick introduction of the facilities rather than having to ask everything myself one by one.

We have to write a review to make people aware that they should not stay in this place. The conditions in which we found the unit were unsanitary to say the least. The check in was at 2:00 pm. We arrived at 3:20 pm. The unit was extremely dirty. There was trash overflowing the kitchen’s trash can, there was left over food in the kitchen’s counters, there were cigarette butts in the floor and dirt all over the floor. The condition of the unit was nasty. The manager told us that they had fallen behind cleaning due to the amount of check outs that they had that day. The manager informed us that the unit would be ready in 20 minutes. However, the terrible conditions in which the unit was left by the previous guests could not be reasonably cleaned in 20 minutes. There were only 2 ladies cleaning the unit. The unit had to be thoroughly scrubbed, sanitized and desinfected before it could be ready for us (or any other guests). No responsible or sensible business owner would purport to have this done in 20 minutes given the deplorable conditions in which the unit was left and the size of the cleaning crew. There was no way to sanitize in 20 minutes. Specially, not after the increased COVID 19 cleanliness standards. Even if the unit was clean it is deteriorated. The bed in the second floor was in such poor condition that it is bent or sunken in the middle. The blue sofas on the first floor were worn down and scrapped. I would never allow my family to stay in such a place and put their health and well being at risk. We were a party of 5 adults and we all agreed that we could not stay there. What was announced in bookings.com was misleading. We immediately started looking for alternate accomodations and we left. We cancelled the reservation and requested a full refund because we had been offered decent and clean accomodations but we arrived at a place that was disgusting. However the owner declined the reimbursement, refused to talk to us and booking.com did nothing to help.

Nice swimming pool. Tranquil. Friendly staff. 20 mins waling to the beach-15 to all pubs.

May need a bit of upgrade but good for price
