Lovely place, spotlessly clean, nicely decorated. No breakfast, but hot and cold water and coffee/tea makings as well as a nice place to eat the food we bought in the market.

Super clean room Comfortable Bed Lovely Bathroom with a great shower Refrigerator, kettle in room. microwave in kitchen area, free tea and coffee Everything you could possibly want. We had a fantastic time and will definitely stay here again. Because this place is so good it gets filled up really quickly, so make sure you book in advance.

Nice quiet place to rest close to the bus station and not far from the lake

This place is great value, located only a 5 min walk from the lake and lots of restaurants. Room was excellent, very big and clean with good shower. Coffee/tea available in the morning. Lady on reception was especially nice and friendly.

Calm plance close to city canter and shoops

The air in northern Thailand is bad for your health. I was hoping that January wouldn't be so bad, but farmers burn fields after harvest, which makes me not want to come back here. I travel by bicycle, many cars leave a cloud of smoke behind them.

The hair-dryer was amazing

spotlessly clean room and bathroom (even the ventilation fan looks very clean); very kind staff who went out of the way to help us look for intercity bus info; shower is sufficiently hot and the rack provided for putting small vanity items near the sink is very practical and needed. Location is perfect if you travel in and out of Phayao by bus and have a suitcase. It is just around the corner (4 min walk). It is a simple guest house and nothing luxurious but very good value for money.

bed a bit too hard for our liking. (We've so far stayed at 5 hotels in different cities during this Thailand trip, and 4 of them have beds we feel rather hard, so seems like they like it this way in Thailand?) shower water is hot enough but it would be great if water pressure can be stronger to give a comfortable shower.

Simple and perfect. No breafast incloded but everything is close and cozy. The sunset on the lake is fantastic!!!
