Excellent location, close to sightseeing spots and lots of food shops around. The room is large, with laundry. The staff are friendly and helpful.

There is no secure place to stay luggage. We were told to leave the bags in the back of the sitting room. The front door is unlocked and no one in the room most of the time.

Spacious room, well equipped for a comfortable stay. Laundry machine is a bonus. Easy to walk to attractions and well connected by buses. Good recommendations from the hotel for all meal types!

Great location for exploring Tainan on foot. Spacious room, and having a washing machine was excellent.

We waited for 30-40 minutes on the street to be able to get into the lobby to check in, while staff were on their lunch break, and we couldn’t get hold of them by buzzer, WhatsApp or through the booking.com app. We had put in our arrival time when booking.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service from check-in to check-out. There is free parking conveniently located right next to the building, which made everything so much easier. The room was very comfortable and spacious, giving plenty of room to relax. I also really appreciated the washing machine and dryer provided. One of the highlights was the complimentary tea time with dessert, which added a lovely touch to the overall experience. Great location too!

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The pillows were a bit too high for our liking, but the staff were very helpful and suggested using extra towels to adjust the height since they didn’t have lower pillows available. We really appreciated their effort to find a practical solution. There was some dust around the decorative items and the mirror frame area, which could be improved with more detailed cleaning. Our room was on Level 2, and since the building next door is a school, we couldn’t keep the window shades open all the time as it felt a bit exposed. It wasn’t a big issue for us though, as we simply kept them closed most of the time.
