位置好，房間便宜CP值高 免費停車

隔音差，晚上到半夜有熱鬧的聲音... 停車場不好找

有免費的停車場，距離住宿大約300公尺，隔壁就是便利商店，門口就是墾丁大街，後面的房間看的到大尖山，鬧中取靜，非常的棒，CP值很高，一樓有提供免費的冰塊，這邊的床超級無敵好說

缺點的話： 建議因為三樓並沒有熱水 要接熱水的話還得從三樓 拿熱水瓶下去一樓接 其實對三樓的人是一種折磨 可以的話其實熱水瓶 更換成加熱瓶價格是差不多的 或者是熱水壺放在一樓 入住的時候提醒住宿的朋友接熱水上去
