"房間軟體太老舊，而且廁所還是蹲式的在Booking裡沒有先告知，而是訂房後才說感覺很差。那個裝潢的櫥櫃也太過於老舊，門板都裂開了，還不換！打開房門還有聞到很重的廁所味，廁所就是1樓包棟使用的，然後還拿來讓客房的房間共用，那麼小的洗手台每相接"

"這次沒有入住，因為實際地方非常差勁，而且圖片上引導人以為住的是『建築師湧泉泡湯會館』結果入住的是所謂的B管，差異巨大的兩處民宿，～"

服務態度不友善，厠所沒有門(致使空氣不佳) ，燈光昏暗，言明可以早上11:00退房，卻早上8:00多就不斷發訊息提醒可提早退房(住宿無法放鬆，令人緊張需退房時間) 廣告相片和實際房間相差甚多，不愉快的住宿經驗
