The property is nice, rooms are big enough and clean. Easy communication.

Seems to be a Taiwan thing but I was literally the only guest in the place and they didn’t allow me to check in early. Although the Aircon started leaking which meant I couldn’t use it at night without the sound of dropping water on the floor… or towels

Never met the host in person, but he/she is super organized and focused on making sure guests are well taken care of. He will contact you immediately after booking to establish a means of communication, preferably LINE. He will then provide you with a very comprehensive reference list of local attractions, restaurants, services, etc. that you will find very useful as you explore Hualien and its surroundings. He responds to any messages immediately and is fluent in English. The building is pretty new and in a convenient location, not far from the train station, but still very quiet at night.

Beautifully presented and very clean. Also very comfortable. Self check in was very easy. Free water, tea, and coffee is provided. Convenient to get to from the train station and the city centre is a short walk away.

Self check in is via Line and WhatsApp, however the property stated Line initially. If you’re not familiarity Line get an account if you can, or WhatsApp details are provided on the door of the property. Self check in was very easy and the host very responsive so not really a complaint. Loved our stay here!
