雖然是一般透天屋重新裝潢，但整體清潔度維持的很好，設備該有的都有，一樓的公共區域有提供小冰箱可以冰東西，還有一台飲水機，也有電磁爐與小烤箱可以用，雖然我們都沒有用到但是可以感受到主人的用心。 地點也超好，用走的就可以到熱鬧的國華街，以台南來說整體CP值算高。

可能是個人喜好，床對我來說覺得太軟，浴室如果有乾濕分離會更完美。
