空間大、乾淨、浴室乾濕分離，有陽台。 陽台的門若再有紗門、洗臉台有塞子，更好。 開飲機在一樓，房間若有水壺，一次可取量多一點的水。 臨馬路，可聽到車子呼嘯而過的聲音，但睡著後，就不影響。
