Leah was very clear in her communication. Great instructions for arrival. She met us when we got there. We really enjoyed puppy time. Bed was comfortable. She had coffee and goodies for us really early in the morning when we left - great way to start our day. Very clean. Equipped with everything we could have needed. Plenty of outlets for charging. Charming space. Great sleep - very quiet.
