In the Heart of Naples, Suite with Lake & Pool

It was clean and convenient to where we needed yo be.

Camera pointed at bedroom slider, food odors and noise in main house at 1:00am, guy lurking outside bedroom slider door in pool area at 5:30am, guys sitting in pool area so there was no comfortable use of advertised private pool or outdoor seating during advertised hours. The other seating on side of unit was damp and mildewed. Very awkward! Also towel arrangements with signs “do not touch”…why bother putting them there? And chores to do even though you charge hefty cleaning fee.

The location, decoration, and cleanliness.

The A/C was to hot, we ask the property manager to turn it colder, at least during the night and she did not do it, so we did not rest because of the temperature. In addition the property manager had a negative actitud, she is to RUDE. We could not use the the pool and the patio after sunset because the property manager cut the electricity in the pool area, was to dark, we had to stay inside the apartment and when we call her she did not answer the phone. It’s a shame because the property is beautiful, but the manager is HORRIBLE!!!!

Close to downtown while in lovely, quiet neighborhood. Very clean. Equipped for all needs. Decorated beautifully. Spacious. Wonderful outdoor space with water and garden views.

Too cold to enjoy pool.

Very nice set up. Private pool was the best part.

Mattress was completely sunk in - very uncomfortable, pool needed to be cleaned and we were charged a cleaning fee but then left a list of chores to do. Not very relaxing when you have to do the cleaning.

The pool and pool area was fantastic with floating chairs to sit and chill out in the water. A generous sized bedroom and bathroom. Everything we needed including lots of towels, washing machine and tumble dryer. Great set up if your ever in the area. highly recommended.

The home’s location was just about 15mins from downtown Naples in a quiet neighborhood. Lovely pool and outdoor landscaping area opened out onto a lake. Lots of birds and at night the critter cacophony was amazing! The room was nicely appointed with ample closet space and many amenities to make our stay comfortable.

The place was absolute beautiful and having the pool to enjoy and the lake to sit by was wonderful. Victoria is a gracious host making sure you have what you need and then giving you your privacy. I would definitely book again.
